Hello...I haven't posted at this site for a long time because, well, I am doing fabulous when it comes to tummy troubles. I had been battling a lot of weird stuff and God, proper diet, etc has really made a difference. However, I have a question for any of you who have/had stomach oddities and are into fitness. Since I've become a "regular" gal now, I have gotten into Tae-Bo and do it fifteen to twenty minutes a day. However, I notice that sometimes, my left side feels...weird. Like, the muscles from my back into the front of my belly (left side) feel a little achy or tender from time to time. This is the place where I used to have tenderness when I was constipated. My question is, has anyone experienced something like that while exercising? It's not PAIN...it's just strange feeling and it's not always pleasant. I am wondering if since that's the place I used to feel ucky when I had constipation, if I am aggravating those muscles since I've begun to get active. Either it's that or my core muscles are just weak and getting used to action. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Other than the strange, occasional discomfort, I'm good. Any opinions? Please?
