Hi friends! Just wanted to post about my past week. I started weight watchers. I am doing it on my own, not going to meetings or doing it online. I have all of the info from my Mom who went a few months ago. Anyway, I am doing well with it. I get 25 points a day, and am having no trouble fitting in SF and IF. I am IBS-A... I exercise twice a day usually. I LOVE my new kickboxing DVD--it's the Kickboxing for Dummies. It seems to be an excellent stress buster. It really is working well. I also have a Denise Austin Cardio Dance Party...it's really funny and my fiance can't even stay in the room because he laughs so hard. But it seems to be really going well! Anyway, just wanted to throw some good words about the WW program. I'll keep you posted on results!

Sounds great. I'm trying my best to gain weight though... But one of my sisters (she doesn't have IBS luckily) did the WW in much the same way as you (i.e. she basically copied the program from a woman with similar build when her husband did the program) and she lost about 20 pounds and she hasn't regained any weight and it's been years since she did the program.
