Hey ya'll,

Wanted to post as an example of a very bad food day. I have figured out that my problem is planning. If it was as easy for me to grab a healthy balanced meal as say, a handful of chocolate covered almonds than I would absolutely take it. But with no store in walking distance, no car, alone as Adrian is at work (with the car ) 'til 5:30 in the morning.. I just eat crap.
So for anyone reading this, let us just assume that the whole day was one big "UFO" and definitely not recommended!

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical - Did one of the pre-programmed things and nearly died.

Breakfast: Cup of unsweetened applesauce, 2 arrowroot biscuits to try and settle nervous tummy.

Snack: Snack size cup of peaches, juices drained. Granola Bar (which is 4 WW points, so must be crazy high in fat and calories and must be avoided).

Lunch: White pita with plain tuna (no mayo or anything, talk about dry!), cup of unsweetened applesauce. Twizzlers.

Snack: Handful of chocolate covered almonds (thankfully the last of them so they are gone now).

Dinner: Vegetable and terikay sushi roll, 4 pcs each.

Snack: 2 thins chocolate bars

Snack: Decaf green tea.

Et voila!

Steph
