Today was a bit better than yesterday...I did my best to eat small meals throughout the day, and ate mostly safe stuff, with a few exceptions...

*1/2 veggie omelette without cheese and small amount of breakfast potatoes

*1/2 turkey and avocado sandwich with sprouts and tomato

*bite of baked tofu and a handful of pretzels

*rice cracker with a bit of peanut butter, and 3/4 of a plum.

Hmmm...not quite enough calories today, but I managed to get in a decent breakfast, which is rare for me.

breakfast: cocoa snaps and water

lunch: bagel, fruit cup, water

snack: UFO and flattened ginger ale

dinner: turkey meatballs and rice with diana sauce
glass of choc almond milk

snack: handful of almonds
tried a new organic energy/granola bar but didn't like it

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla almond milk & water

Lunch - toasted bagel w/UFO & water

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Sesame Chicken" Lean Cuisine (Sesame breaded chicken tenderloins in a tangy Asian style plum sauce accented with ginger and topped with roasted sesame seeds served aside pasta tossed with sesame oil,green beans and red peppers....) not safe for everyone, this was really good, but I think too many IBS no no's..... I felt it the next day... I don't think I'll try this one again & water

Snacks - two snack size bags UFO

Exercise - cleaning house like a mad woman, and 6 loads including bedding at the laundry mat.... I called it good after that.... LOL

UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others don't THINK it is safe)
