*1/2 pancake with berries and tiny bit of whipped butter
*grilled salmon salad with edamame, toasted almonds, bell peppers, grilled asparagus, and mandarin orange slices
*decaf soy latte and large caramel apple pastry/bar thingy
Obviously, not a good day for IBS safe food! I didn't end up eating dinner, but I didn't feel too hot after that caramel thing...I'm staying in Washington for the weekend, and traveling is really hard for me, so it's been a rough couple of days...but tomorrow, I'll focus on making better choices. At least I actually got some calories in there!

no breakfast slept in
lunch: tukey on white bread applesauce cup small glass of juice
snack: fresh white bread
dinner: crackers and baked lays (went to a bbq and I forgot to bring safe food. water
late night snack: bagel
I am not getting enough IF in my diet and am eating alot of carbs, would like to work on that.

Unfortunately, I was in Spokane, and I flew back home to California this evening. I would have loved to have been there! Hope you had fun!

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla almond milk & water
Lunch - UFO & water
Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Dinner - UFO (this was my "diet" cheat meal...but also not totally IBS safe) & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO , 2 BIG handfuls of rice crackers + altoids before and while walking
Exercise - 60 mins walking kickboxing.... I burned 475 calories
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others don't THINK it is safe)
