Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk, 12oz rice milk hot choc & water
Lunch - 2 small French rolls, 16oz cup chicken noodle soup & water
Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Chicken Pecan" Lean Cuisine (Roasted Chicken in a caramelized orange sauce with snap peas and brown rice with pecans...) not safe for everyone, but I do just fine with this one & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO , 2 BIG handfuls of rice crackers + altoids before and while walking
Exercise - 71 mins walking (approx 3.80 miles) *note: a 5K is 3.11 miles with Shane on Alki Beach, I started the " Alki Beach Walking Club " and this was the 2nd one, but nobody confirmed they could make it...hope for a better turn out next Fri, I THINK there will be 3 joining us.... I burned 475 calories
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others don't THINK it is safe)

Hi all!
Exercise: Zip
Breakfast: Rice cake w/LF peanut butter, cup of unsweetened applesauce
Snack: Luna Bar
Lunch: Salad Bar (lettuce, tuna (on it's own), LF UFO, some baby corn and a pickle. Hanful of pretzel Sticks.
Snack: Unsweetened applesauce, "Thinsations" Chips Ahoy (These may not be safe for everyone, they do not bother me).
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast in greek spices, lemon-oregano potatoes and a small amount of garden salad with italian dressing.
Snack: Low Fat UFO
Not too shabby... Scale went up to 172.5 today. Darn it.

breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar
lunch: turkey on white bread with mustard glass of choc almond milk
dinner: UFO, NOT SAFE and I paid for it dearly.. Pizza with chicken and mushrooms
snack: handful of almonds
around 10pm I started paying the price for my ohh so yummy dinner.

..as to what type of cereal you are eating!
Also, what brand rice milk do you like? I'm not too happy with mine.

The cereal might be safe for others, I do fine with it and I don't always eat the raisins
Quaker 100% Natural Low Fat Granola with Raisins
Ingredients Whole grain rolled oats, whole grain rolled wheat, sugar, raisins, crisp rice (rice, sugar, salt, barley malt), corn flakes (corn, sugar, salt, barley malt, corn syrup), puffed rice, molasses, whey, glycerin, coconut oil, almonds, whey protein concentrate, honey, salt, dried coconut, cinnamon, soy lecithin, corn starch, soybean oil, yeast extract, natural flavors.
As for the rice milk.... I usually grab the "Rice Dream" but have also used "Pacific" I also like the vanilla almond milk that is made by "Pacific"..... I only use it on my cereal....I don't drink it by the glass or anything.
