Breakfast: Shasha cocoa snaps (sorry Shell, I am addicted) bottle of water
Lunch: tuna on white bread cooked and chilled baby carrots glass of juice
dinner: alpha-getti's (what was I thinking?) I was in a rush, just finished class and had to work water
snack: oatmeal with brown sugar small glass of choc almond milk cooked and chilled baby carrots
excercise: elliptical still taken apart worked 4 hours, no sitting

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Breakfast - Slice of cinnamon swirl bread from espresso stand in the lobby when I went for my mammo (not sure if it had dairy in it?)& water
Lunch - 2 small French rolls, 16oz cup vegetarian - veggie & basil soup, 2 UFO cookie & water
Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Glazed Chicken" Lean Cuisine (Roasted chicken tenderloins in our classic savory glaze with accents of herbs, lemon and mushrooms. Served with a white and wild rice pilaf accented with French cut green beans..) not safe for everyone, but I do just fine with this one & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO, 3 pieces water taffy (yes, Jennifer Rose there is still plenty left for you when you come 10/7-10/8) + altoids before and while at the gym
Exercise - 13 min on the elliptical and 60 min kickboxing I burned a total of 740 calories wwwoohhhooo!!!
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others don't THINK it is safe)

Hi ya'll,
Exercise: Nada
Breakfast: Luna bar, unsweetened applesauce
Snack: Thinsations? I think...
Lunch: Rice, chicken breast, peas. Maybe some applesauce.. Having problems remembering now..
Snack: UFO
Dinner: I really can't remember...
Okay, I have to stop trying to go back. Have been too busy to do it day-to-day this week and now I forget everything. I eat basically the same stuff every day at work. Will try to jot stuff down throughout the week.
