Hi guys!

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, did a pre-set program on my elliptical which was good as it kept changing it up but a bit irritating because for the "warm up" and "cool down" it has you go so bloody slow that it's almost impossible. Anyway, approx 250 cals burned.

Breakfast: Skipped

Snack: Stacys Pita chips, plain and some hummus

** Horrible D attack that come on whilst exercising and lasted for several hours, thus influencing the rest of my day...**

Snack: Huge pot of strong peppermint/fennel tea, lots of water, a few pretzel sticks

Dinner: Chicken breast marinated in some light greek olive oil dressing cooked with some garlic and peas, mixed with cooked rice and spices and put into a pita - very yummy.

Snack: Thinsations packet (Not Safe For Everyone Due to Dairy Ingredients) , handful of UFOs.

Think I may have some more tea now and then I am off to bed with some immodium to make the commute to work tomorrow.

My "week" is officially Tues-Sat, so I have made some goals for this week...

1) 3 x of cardio after work at least
2) No pop
3) No snacking after 7:30 pm (as I go to bed a lot earlier now and feel gross in bed if I eat too late as I have been and am more prone to D in the morning).

So I will check in at the end of the week and see how I did on these goals, and will add more next week.

Cheers!

Steph

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk & water

Lunch - 1 small French rolls, 16oz bowl veggie soup, 2 UFO cookie & water

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Chicken in Peanut Sauce" Lean Cuisine (Roasted chicken tenderloins in a flavorful peanut sauce with garlic served with crisp water chestnuts, shoestring carrots, and snap peas over whole-wheat pasta) not safe for everyone, but I did ok with it, tummy is so far so good & water

Snacks - snack size bag UFO + altoids before and while at the gym

Exercise - 60 mins kickboxing class followed by 30 mins salsa moves class....I burned approx 560 calories

UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)

Oh...they even LOOK yummy!! Too bad I can't get them in Washington... at least not YET!! I checked the site... looks like most Whole Foods in the other US states are carring them, so there is hope for me too! hehehe

the ginger ones are really yummy too. The power of suggestion huh??? lol
I was freakin because I couldn;t find them at the grocery store. The lady in the natural foods section said not to worry they were ordered just taking awhile to come in. She must have noticed the look of desperation on my face
It always happens to me though. I find things I can have and like and they disappear! ex. flavored water with no articifical sweeteners and 50% less sugar, boo
