Help - long drive this weekend

Tomorrow morning I have a 5-1/2 hour drive ahead of me. I finished the Hypnosis program a few weeks ago and have been takking the Acacia Fiber for about 5 months now, and I am also on 10 mg of Pamelor. All this has made me feel so much better, however, I still get nervous about traveling. And this one is a long ride. We will be on major Highways so a bathroom should be close at most times.
Does anyone have any tips for me? I can already feel my stomach getting bad just anticipating tomorrow's ride. Right now the only thing I can think of is to take the Acacia earlier so I take it before the ride and then to take 2 Tylenol PM to knock me out for the ride.
This anxiety stuff stinks!

Rather than taking Tylenol PM to knock you out, try taking Gravol, which makes you drowsy and will help settle your stomach at the same time.
Eat very safely today, and maybe take an Immodium (assuming you're IBS-D) if your stomach is upset before you leave.

I don't know if this still reaches you, but I would also eat safe the day before, maybe in the morning only somethin small and if you eat something during the journey snack some Crystallized ginger afterwards, it helped me a lot during my trip to paris and we drove for 7 hours. And if you have to use the toilet do so. You'll never see the guys at the toilet place again ;-) hope that helps
