Breakfast:
Lunch: Fried rice and a spring roll at work canteen, which was yucky and induced a mini D attack
Evening: a sweet potato and some crackers, lots of liquids. (felt really nauseous after a mini D attack)

Calories: Only about 1200 due to sick stomach. Exercise: just my daily stairs walking

Verdict: Must remember never to eat those spring rolls again!

A smokey homemade black bean & greens soup
curried zucchini sticks

portabella mushrooms
with REALLY decadent & creamy spinach (I added lowfat silken tofu, a little minced garlic, scallions, a couple simmered celery sticks, etc., and WOW--it was so rich! A savoury kind of pudding or custard--like green velevet)
warm tomato "salad"
with some kalamata olives

cumin baked baby carrot sticks

a few dried organic apricots

I'm catching a huge cold/flu.

Kate.

a tuna salad and a wrap with hummus, maybe one of those Cranberry Lunas and a protein shake? (I've been hanging aroudn these boards wayyyy too long!)

Great to hear that you are doing well with food again and back on track, that's all we need to hear, don't worry about putting so much info into your reports, they must take ages, just let us know that you are on the wagon and we'll give you all the encouragement you can.

seee you have variety.. I LOVE stir fry!! That wrap always sounded great though.

I don't exactly have exciting menus myself...weetabix, tueky sandwich, fruit salad, then chicken or prawn something for dinner, usually with rice- It's easier that way!
