BF dried pears
Lunch= 1/2 acorn squash
Dinner= not sure yet (will have some protein for sure!)
In between snacks= dried apricots and a grapefruit

Did the St. Patty's Dash (5K) this morning....will post my official time as soon as I get it... there is one pic of me from before the race and I think Shane MIGHT have a clear one of me just before the finish line....but I'm not sure yet.

Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bar, 2 pieces of toast
2 small scoops vanilla Soy Dream topped with two crumbled Oreo cookies (DF, but they do contain a small amt of HFCS)
teriyaki chicken white rice pureed peaches (baby food!)
Luna Bar
16 oz Protein Berry Pizzaz Jamba Juice (soy milk, bananas, strawberries, ice, soy protein) - a bit too cold but it was tasty! large flour tortilla
oatmeal w/ cinnamon 1 toast w/ smear of Earth Balance Whipped (vegan!) peppermint tea
*****I'd say that was about 1800 cals or so. It was a lot more fruit than I've had in a while - we'll see how tomorrow goes! Gently, I hope. I napped a lot today, but also cleaned house and went for a very short walk outside. Anyway, I've made it to 112 lbs from 104 lbs last fall. Whoo! I'm going to try and maintain this weight, although I'd be happy to gain at least another 10 lbs.

Yesterday: (forgive my spelling)
BF= bowl of applejacks type of ceral (cheep brand) w/ soy milk and 4 slices of toast
Lunch= went out to Golden Corral buffet. Had a taco bowl of salad w/ vinaigrette. Bourbon chicken w/ rice, rotisserie chicken steamed veggies; carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. And for dessert had a small slice of pineapple cake, and a slice of banana nut bread.
Late night snack= 6 pecies of peanut butter and jelly w/ soy milk.

Well, I'm eating more & less nauseated everyday! It just takes time to adjust. My hair is growing like a weed. I'm still not smoking 13 weeks later. I am also eating as organically as possible & gf.
So...here's what I ate yesterday:
UFO 48 oz. of black coffee flat diet gingerale UFO sugarless gum
leftover green tea poached salmon mixed greens lowfat raspberry vinaigrette grated/seeded/peeled english cuke extra lime juice/zest & rice vinegar 4 kalamata olives
4 baby dill pickles
juicey baked balsalmic beet slices & 1/4 avocado
leftover salmon grated carrot (cooked), mushroom crumbles, spinach puree lemon juice, sea salt
(I guess I needed some sea salted colour/carotene!)

I guess the dinner would be the 6 pb & j sandwiches.
Also, I take Benefiber supplaments 3 tablets 3Xs a day.
