Ugggh!

I feel really crappy after a HUGE meal with my housemates...my biggest trigger is big meals, so I've been trying to avoid them, but I had two today.

*banana

*3/4 bagel with tuna, tomato, and avocado, baked salt and vinegar potato chips

*peppermint tea with honey, 3 saltines

*baked yam with vegan butter, red chard, tempeh, a couple bites of chicken (!) and lemon sorbet with white wine for dessert.

Ok, it doesn't seem like I actually ate that much, but I feel SO bloated... Being sick and full and crampy like this makes me feel so sad and depressed...I actually feel like crying. I feel like I try so hard to eat the right things in the right amounts in order to gain weight and avoid stomach pain and discomfort, but it just doesn't seem like I can ever do both...
Sorry I'm such a downer. I hope you're all doing better than I am. Thanks for listening...

i don't remember my foods well enough to report with a list, but it was a decent day. one 10:30pm bowl of cereal i didn't need, but good other than that. mostly spent on the couch (), but roommate (dr, in the fashion of the board? how would you know i didn't mean my doctor?) and i walked from our apartment into midtown, about one and a third miles, and i found mango sorbet with 80 calories per serving.
