zucchini frittata with 1 cup egg whites
side of spinach puree
& chives!

2 bowls of vegetable soup

mixed greens
splashed with organic veg. broth as acid free dressing (great sublime flavour enhancer!)
topped with lots of cremini mushrooms (herbs de provence)
albecore tuna (drained/well rinsed)
& organic (very very well steamed) broccoli flowerets
& matchstick carrots
(with chevril) ***YUMMY!***

Carrageenan-free unsweetened soy milk in Earl Grey tea

No gassiness from very well steamed organic broccoli, which really does lead me to wonder! However, still being ultra-careful.

Slept until noon. Still getting balder. It's beyond my control. Definitely bummed.

Kate.

breakfast: 3 crackers, 1/2 cup granola w/ 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
snack: 2 mint meringues
lunch: egg sandwich, orange
snack: banana
dinner: big ol' salad, bread
dessert: UFO - but at least I budgeted for it this time! LOL

workout: Tae-Bo

I'm going to have to be diligent about the UFOs over the weekend... I'm pretty sure I won't have time to work out again until Monday, but we'll see, I guess.

Have good weekends, everybody!

Yes, this "situation" happens alot with me, I confess. I suspect it's because I don't eat enough! Anyways, to add to what I ate yesterday, I had 1/2 c. chicken breast around 3 a.m.

Furthermore, I slept like a babe until noon...so...THAT'S THAT. Actually, I know I live on warped hours compared to most others.

However, the point is to "report" versus criticize. I'm beyond being bothered by it.

Kate.

I forgot to post Friday's report so here goes
Breakfast: Oatmeal & grapes
Lunch: Rice & vegetables
Dinner : baked potato, homemade vegetable chili
Snacks: 1 UFO sweetie,1 luna bar, miso soup, soy yogurt

Exercise: none

Calories: 1399 (I must be forgetting some foods here)

On target but calories not correct I think. I was exhausted on Friday and fell asleep after work for about 2 hours (hence cutting down on snacking!)
