take heart oatmeal 1/2 c soy milk
banana 1 T reduced-fat pb
rice, egg whites, chopped spinach 1/2 c apple sauce
luna bar 2 newman-o's
avocado & cucumber roll froot loop treat (like a rice krispie treat, but w/ froot loops. not actually that good.) protein shake
1520. 20% protein (71g). exchanged the gross soy protein for the tastier (and, alas, much more expensive) egg white powder. much better.
walked to work this morning. was supposed to have my trainer session at the gym tonight, but a friend had an extra (free) ticket to rent tonight, and that was just too hard to resist.

B: usual snacks &lunch: 2 bananas, luna, pretzels, carrots, PB&J, zucchini bread D: pot pie with some wild mushrooms added, some mango late dessert: 1 bowl cap'n crunch Ex: worked 8 hours other: haven't been drinking enough today or yesterday or Sunday I think. Also ever since last Sunday's waterworks I feel the need to cry. I don't think I had cried in months and months and now that I did I like it I guess.

Here's what I consumed:
--2 c. egg whites (love those things!) --127 g Highliner Wild Pacific Salmon Filet (love those, too!)
cooked veggies: --white button & crimini mushrooms, thyme/sage/rosemary --green onions (mmmmmm!!!!) --yellow onions (i'm feeling pungent!) --spinach/herb puree (Popeye Pesto!) --red swiss chard/basil puree (outstanding) --garlic
raw veggies: --6 baby dill pickles --1 small head iceburg lettuce --1 medium head iceburg lettuce ***I MUST STOP BUYING LETTUCE to consume raw. It's creating a huge D tide, after I eat the stuff, all of a sudden. I only have 2 heads left in the fridge. I know...it's so so so good. I must resist temptation the next time I hit the store! It's that it's only proper to eat a salad/lettuce dilemma and guilty conscience if I don't. Yes, guilty. Begone demon guilt. Okay, I think I'm cured--I'll let you know if it's a placebo cure! Yes, lettuce...it's causing too much 'woosh!***
Kate.
