Hello and welcome! It's a little slow here on the weekends, but a wonderful place to get support, advice, and read important information on how to manage IBS. You might want to post this on the IBS Diet board, where most discussions abous IBS medications and safe foods are discussed. Heather also provides a lot of invaluable information on the site.
