My aunt just gave me the breakin it down dvds- where they teach you how to dance. She is very hip cuz she works at universal. It has just been a God send- I actually want to exercise b/c it is fun and I feel better- I can't explain it. I hope it continues. Nadine

It's called Breakin' It Down with Laurie Ann Gibson. You can get it anywhere that dvds/videos are sold. I saw it at target and tower records
