Hi ya'll,

Well, it seems pretty clear I am not so good with the reporting in every day so I will try, but I think it might be easier for me to report in for the week.
I have been walking the dog every day and since going off my meds, have been pretty scared of foods again.

So last Monday, I weighed 167 lbs.
This morning, I weighed 163 lbs... 4 lbs lost! Woo hoo!!

Hope it won't just jump back up again and will keep coming off, guess we'll see!!

Cheers,

--Steph

Holy crap did we do a lot of walking. I think I have maxed out my walking limits for the next 3 months until Vegas. LOL

Congrats on the 4lbs, Stephie! Walking the dog lots will be a good way to get that exercise in.

Ate like a horse again. It's still hard trying to get enough calories in and even more challenging when you live alone and eat alone. You turn into sort of a Barbarian. Sometimes I just get so frustrated that I just throw my arms up to "Heaven" and skip it/delay it. I'm still not at a thousand calories, but I'll try and get there by the end of the evening. I'm craving COLOUR and CONTRAST and TEXTURE and SMELL more than anything else.

(Not listed in any particular order)

--2 c. beets
--4 carrots
--yellow and green zucchini, parsley
--portabella mushrooms
--puree of asparagus, spinach, sweet basil, dill
--1/2 c. applesauce (x2)
--1/2 c. babyfood strawberry sauce (x2)***equivalent of 2 c. strawberries***

Snacks later? Something fruity. It's hot and fruit/veggies go down really well in the heat. They're naturally either sweet or salty. Either more apple or strawberry sauce. I've got some papaya and mango and white flesh peaches I might adulterate, too. And, babyfood apricots. My body only wants to be spoon fed, today.
