B: Oatmeal with banana & sugar . Decaf tea & soy milk. L: Pasta with tomato sauce (I've gotta lay off the fatty tomato sauces - that's twice this week I've given myself instant attacks with them ). S: None. D: UFO, with UFO to drink, followed by a UFO.
Total cals: 2048 Target: 2200
Gotta be good! I haven't had instant D attacks like this for AGES...luckily these are just 1 bout of D and then they're over. Better than the C I was having!

I went for a two hour stroll!!! Just the market, to gather some fresh grub for the week and have coffee (naughty me) with my Mum and some friends. I do this every week in the summer. Uh, the coffee was a really bad idea. Need I say more?
--1/2 c. applesauce (x2) --2.5 c. spaghetti squash --puree of asparagus, sweet basil --Manic Mushrooms! (basically a mushroom salad and I won't tell you how many mushrooms I ate! Don't mushrooms look like fairy/leperchaun foods? Little toad stools?) --3 carrots (Did you know it takes 3 to make a glass of carrot juice? I ate them though. So sweet and juicy. How I crave the orange rays...yes, they were cooked) --zucchini and spinach puree with dill and parsley.
Later on? More applesauce. I'd prefer a mango. I can hardly wait until Ontario peaches fall off the trees. I love homemade baby food peaches!!! Balsalmic baby food peaches.

Wow! A two hour walk! It sounds so beautiful: taking a stroll to the market, picking out fresh fruits and vegetables, enjoying a cup of tea with friends!
