In addition to seeing how your fellow IBSers are living a healthier lifestyle, I was wondering how many of you read the "reporting in" posts to also see what other/stable IBSers are eating and to get ideas of what you can eat?
Last month, for about a week, I posted just to keep myself on track w/ eating for IBS and to ensure continued stabilization, but I didn't include exercise or supplements. At the same time I want to help myself, I also want to help others trying to get stable. I was worried my broccoli-eating and Frency fry tasting would confuse some folks, and I wondered whether I should add a disclaimer every time I posted a possible trigger food.
I'm probably over-analyzing this...Sorry.

GREAT QUESTION!!
Simply post it as a "UFO" Unidentified Food Object That is what I do!! That is something that I can eat but it might be triggers for others... so, instead of encouraging it... you just list it as a UFO

Oh, I see! At first, I thought UFO meant eating something with "mystery" ingredients. Duh! Lol! Thanks for explaining!
