Day off exercise- worked 3 hours and was active all day. B: MOM 250 2g all day: banana 100, lunax2 360 9g, licorice 320 2g, carrots 30, banana bread 300 2g dinner: rice, sauce, breast, pea pods 300 2g 1660 and 17 g and 9% fat.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

today was a busy day! so i was kind-of on-the-run!! breakfast -*white toast w/strawberry jelly and orange marmelade -*FF soy smoothie w/*strawberries & peaches & acacia [1TBSP]
snack -*med.sized apple
dinner [before work: 430PM] -1/2 *tomato sandwich on *white bread
after work [10PM] -*homemade veggie-vegan burgers on *white bread w/*ketchup, *mustard, *lettuce and *tomato [SOO YUMMY!!!]
-vanilla red tea -1.5 liters/water
-morning pilates for 15 minutes -babysitting from 12-330 and a 4-5 block walk w/2 kids [didnt know i was that capable!!! ] -bakery-work from 5-945PM

OK... here is my reporting in...... My BMR = 2083 + I burned 940 calories (60 minutes Power Scuplt Class - Taught by MY Personal Tainer....hehehe followed by 30 minutes on the Treadmill) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2293 calorie food budget.
POWER SCULPT Class designed to utilize Group X equipment for resistance training. Band, weights and tubing will be used to sculpt and define.
Pre-Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Breakfast: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Snack: 132 calories 1oz Baked Lays & Water
Lunch (around 2:30pm is a normal time for me): 305 calories 6oz Tuna w/Light Mayo (using my pretzels as a spoon ), 1 oz Pretzels & Water
Before Gym: 210 calories Soytein Energy Drink (Chocolate w/Vanilla Silk Soy Milk) & Water
Dinner (between 8-8:30pm, after the gym): 471 calories 10" Flour Tortilla w/3oz Chicken Breast, 3/4 cup Basmati Rice, 4 Tablespoons Seasoned Rice Vinegar & Water
Snack: 35 calories 5 Swedish Fish & Water
Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total
Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 96 oz
Total of 1665.25 .....still in my food budget
