I know this is a personal question for some, but I am looking to see if other have had the same or similar experience. Is it normal to have d after having sex? I find that I can have normal days and then if my hudband and I... have s then I get soo sick to my stomach. Does anyone have any idea why having s would imact IBS? I mean is it normal? I'm sorry for getting so personal, but I really wanted to know if anyone has some answers.
thank you, Chris

...with s-e-x while their IBS is bad! It puts pressure on your GI tract from all angles...and our tums do NOT like getting beat up on.
I found a spooning position helpful myself.

Back when my IBS was at its worst, sex was definitely a problem. I found that straight-on missionary was the most uncomfortable position... I was a lot more comfortable being on top, where I could control speed/pressure/etc a little more.
By the way, we don't shy away from personal questions. Well, I don't, anyway - I have no shame.

it certainly makes me gassy and slightly D or just yucky tummy, HOWEVER it does kill cramps!. I am the opposite of Casey though, I'm worst on top, my tummy doesn't really like bouncing very much
