Good luck, Shell! You've been working hard, hopefully the scale will show it
Here I am reporting early again since it's Friday - so far today:
Breakfast - 1/2 red grapefruit, piece of homemade coffeecake, soy milk w/fiber powder Snack - red pepper slices Lunch - sauteed chicken breast, 1.5 pieces of baguette. Few strawberry slices (maybe 1/2 c.) Snacks - none so far this afternoon! Dinner Plan - Risotto and non-IBS approved meat dish (a new recipe - hope it turns out), organic non-sweetened applesauce Dessert - I can resist the coffeecake! I can resist the coffeecake!!!
Excercise - plan to do 15-20 min on the elliptical w/5 min walking warm up and cool down. Also perhaps some ab work.
Water - not too good today. Probably close to 40 oz so far, don't want to drink any more right now or I'll get a side stitch while I work out. I'll get more post-workout and w/dinner.
Happy weekend, everyone!

Hi All! Here is my initial reporting in for today! Exercise: 25 minutes elliptical = 140 calories burned. Weight Lifting 20 minutes = 74 calories burned.
Food Budget = 1423
Breakfast: Sourdough English muffin w/1 tbsp of peanut butter and some strawberries and Applesauce = 311 calories
Snacks: 4 arrowroot cookies = 120 calories
So far... 431 calories.
And my Weigh In For today....
I LOST 1 LB!! I consider this a big success as in the middle of the week it looked like I had gained the three lbs I lost last week, and now I have lost a total of 4 lbs. That leaves me 7 days to lose the additional 1 lb I need to lose to meet my goal of 5 lbs lost by March 18th. Yay!! Will add to this report later on, after dinner and stuff!! --Steph

Breakfast: 1 bowl cornflakes and 1 bowl honey nut cherios and light soy milk. It is so hard to take fiber in cold cereal. Snack Luna bar. Lunch: PB&J, licorice (needed energy since it was very cold and windy today), banana. Snack: handful of pretzels and cocoa pebbles marshmallow bar. Dinner: smoked salmon mashed potatoes and calzone with spinach, onion, mushroom and blue cheese. Gave myself a treat of some blue cheese. Need to do sit ups tonight before bed as I have been too tired for 3 nights. Worked 2 hours in the bitter cold.
