I don't think it's your IBS, but you may want to talk to your doctor, especially since it is concerning you so much.
The reason I don't think it's your IBS is that IBS affects the smooth muscle of your intestines, and the muscles that are talking about in terms of exercising/tone are skeletal muscle, so they're two entirely different types of muscle.
If it is not Irritable Bowel Syndrome, then why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME, whenever I look and feel strong, I can see significantly bigger muscles, that my stomach is not bloated, but thin as it should be for a 5 11 176 pound person who goes to the gym but everytime I do look and feel weak, like I have no muscles and my stomach is so bloated, I look like I am a 45 year old coach potatoe, how can this not be Irritable Bowel Syndrome doing it?

I'm sorry I don't have the answers your looking for... I will try to do a few Internet searches and see if I can find anything.
I'm sorry your hurting and so upset, but please don't take it out on us... we are only here to help WHERE WE CAN...if we don't know...we don't know... this will be a learning experience for ALL of us, if someone can help you find your answers. We will TRY the best we can.
Thanks. You have no idea how frustrating this is. I am 21, I go to the gym and have been for over 2 years, I work so hard, but I look like some 45 year old who sits on the couch, it is hard not to think that Irritable Bowel Syndrome is not partially the reason for this. Why else does my stomach always get smaller as my muscles bigger and my stomach get larger as my muscles get smaller? The inverse relationship has to be Irritable Bowel Syndrome behind it.

...as it's obviously really worrying you. The answers we've given you have been the best we could do...this is NOT a symptom of IBS that I've EVER heard of before.
Get your doc to do tests for anything that could be causing you to lose muscle mass quickly.
And have you tried combating the IBS (and therefore the bloating) with diet, meds and teas?

I have tried Citrucuell and other over the counters, and green tea, no help at all with the bloating and stomach getting large. I am scheduled to see an Irritable Bowel Specialists next week, and this better work, because I don't know what to do here. I think it is absurd that Irritable Bowel Syndrome is not causing me to not add muscle.
Why else is that everytime I look strong, my stomach is not bloated, and everytime I look bloated my muscles are weak, this is not a normal coincidence, so it has to be something to do with this.
