Your article in the newsletter was great! Way to go!
and what good advice to weigh at the same time each time. I experimented the other day and was 4 pounds heavier with some light clothes on and in the afternoon versus morning.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I agree. Great newsletter article. How far you've come, Shel, and I respect your stamina to continue your fitness routine! You SHOULD write a book!

I think so too Shell! Write that book. I wanted to say that you were already on the boards when I found them so I'd never really read your whole story. Wow. What an inspiration. I'm so glad that your health is on track and that you have done such an amazing job with your fitness. Coming from someone who is that person you were, sitting on the lounge in constant pain you give me hope that one day I too will be able to live without the constant fear of attacks. You deserve a trophy!
