Everyone post their report for what you did on 2/19 here.... mine will follow later.... but not until next week since Shane & I will be out of town to see his step father who is in the hospital. So, everyone continue to support each other.... I'll be back!

Did not too bad. 23 points so far. (target 22). Might have a point or two of popcorn tonight if I'm hungry. we'll see. Plus 45 minues cardio and full body weight training.

Hi all! I did kick butt today!!! Exercise: 40 minutes on the Elliptical and 15 minutes of sit-ups = 320 calories burned. Calorie budget = 1546.
Breakfast: Chocolate Peppermint stick Luna Bar and Peach/Mango applesauce = 273 calories
Lunch: Turkey sandwich at Subway = 331 calories
Dinner: Pasta with tomato and garlic sauce with chicken breast = 458 calories
UFO = 210 calories
TOTAL = 1272 calories - TOTALLY within my food budget. I may have more UFO later, but will definitely stay within my food budget.
ALSO, I _should_ have 80 oz. of water a day and today I had... 96 oz!! I just drank and peed all day long, hee hee!! I am very proud of myself today!

I did not count calories, etc., since we were on a road trip to see Shane's step dad in the hospital.
Breakfast: I had a plain bagel with RF cream cheese & turkey breast & water
Lunch: Chicken wrap (at the hospital cafeteria) it had chicken breast, lettuce, rice, salsa, and a little sprinkle of shredded cheese.
2 cups of hot tea... still have a cold so that felt really good on my throat.
Dinner: MIL took us to dinner at the Outback.... I had...couple bite of a Bloomin Onion (bad shell), and for the main course... Grilled Salmon, Baked Potato, Green Salad w/UFO on the side & water Oh, and two slices of the YUMMY bread without butter.
Snack back in the hotel room: 1 piece of red licorice and about 6 gummy hearts.
Exercise: Shane & I went for a walk while at the hospital so the nurses to take care of things...that was about 45 mins or so...
