Hi all! Alright, here I go again! I have gained another 2 lbs since my last reporting in - oy! But now our elliptical machine is all put together so I can exercise more (hopefully!!). Okay, so I burned 125 calories on the eliptical for 20 minutes. Then I walked around IKEA for about 3 hours (see my LR post, I had an awesome day! Bought lots of good stuff!!) and counted that as 2 hours of walking, so burned 600 calories according to my program! I was on my feet all of today, around school and everything! My feet ached so bad but for all those calories it was totally worth it!!
I had: 1475 calories today and my budget was: 1952 from all the running around! Woo hoo!! Talk to you all soon!! --Steph

breakfast: toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, two pieces of spiced peach cake, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly Dinner: potato gnocchi with prego garden combination tomato sauce, licked batter from bowl of No Pudge brownies I made last night
water: 45 oz (bad me, need more!)
exercise: walked to work w/o laptop bag (bf insisted on carrying it) for 30 minutes (we took our time), 2 hours of running around the classroom to answer freshmen's questions, walked home with laptop bag (20 minutes)
I'm thinking of getting a belly dancing book or DVD, I think it sounds like fun, anybody have any thoughts?
