Excellent report, Ashley! You did a lot better than me, that's for sure.
Breakfast: dry honeycomb cereal & a banana Lunch: chicken noodle soup & a godawful lot of bread Dinner: more bread... and a glass of cream soda!
On the bright side, I did my yoga today - first time since last summer, when the super-beginner yoga program gave me a horrible D/pain attack. I once again did the super-beginner program, and it was totally a piece of cake. I'm obviously in much better shape stamina-wise, and the next time I do it (tomorrow, hopefully!), I'll go with a longer program.

Breakfast: the usual (toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter) At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly, soft pretzel (the ones you get from lunch trucks here in Philly are just yeast, water, flour, and salt, and they're boiled) Birthday dinner!: cappelini with tomato and basil sauce at fancy Italian restuarant with about 3 pieces of bread (I told them no cheese, I'm allergic to dairy, worked wonders)
water: 54 oz (go me!)
exercise: walking the several blocks to the car and back (parking was atrocious last night when we got home from work), running around the classroom answering freshmen's questions for the better part of 4 hours during my two computer recitiations

Hi y'all!
I upped biking from 16 mins to 20 mins...AND I did it on the highest gear on the bike trainer...yippee! Also did strestches and I was in general active.
2 nectarines 2 apples 2 cups tom soup .25 cup refried beans .5 cup taco soy meat some lettuce .5 small tomato 2 cups white rice almost .5 cup brown rice pasta .5 cup puffed millet cereal 1.5 cups white potato with skin soy sauce
This was about 1,500 calories. I'm not getting enough calories! LOL I am supposed to get 1650 to be the weight I want to be. AND I'm not even losing weight. BUT I feel great...so who cares!
Day 7 no sugar!
48 oz water PLUS I had 3-4 cups tea
I upped my SFS (and I ordered Heather's Acacia lately as a special treat for myself...I'm psyched!)
Hoping today goes great too!
Love, Ruchie

just some fettucine, shrimp and scallops sauted in a little olive oil garlic and wine.. and then I seperately sauteed the veggies in more wine and garlic, and about a tsp of chicken boullion... and then tossed it all together with some parm chz and salt and pepper. verrrry yummy!

Breakfast: the usual (toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter) yum! (homemade?) Yeah, there's a pumpkin butter recipe on the recipe board that I've been making almost non stop since Thanksgiving when I had some extra canned pumpkin after making Heather's 5 minute pumpkin pie. I figure it's better for me than jelly bought from the store, and it's tasty!
Here's the recipe: spicy pumpkin butter
I put a little less sugar, and more spices in, especially since I usually make about 3 cups at a time (28oz can of pumpkin) rather than 1 cup at a time.
