Shell.. I actually just winged it when I cooked it.. haha so no recipe exactly
just some fettucine, shrimp and scallops sauted in a little olive oil garlic and wine.. and then I seperately sauteed the veggies in more wine and garlic, and about a tsp of chicken boullion... and then tossed it all together with some parm chz and salt and pepper. verrrry yummy!

I put a little less sugar, and more spices in, especially since I usually make about 3 cups at a time (28oz can of pumpkin) rather than 1 cup at a time.
