The Atkins type pastas (and there are quite a few out there) range from about 3 -10 carbs & usually are made from soy flours. Here's the offical Atkins ingredients:
Soy flour, soy protein isolate, vegetable fiber, egg white powder, wheat protein isolate, enriched durum semolina (thiamine mononitrate, niacin, riboflavin, ferrous sulfate, folic acid), natural flavor, water.
To me most of these brands tasted like slightly edible rock, and didn't make me feel all that great either (though it could have just been the cream/cheese/buttery sauces they were in!
FYI: According to my hubby (who's still on Atkins), if you are going to go for one, Darielle pasta tastes the best.
Hope this is helpful!

These pastas should be fine for IBS, though I'm curious about the "vegetable fiber". Whatever it is, it's got to be so finely ground to be incorporated into the pasta that it should be safe.
