Hi! Welcome to the board - I'd take lots of snacks (breads, pretzels, etc.). I've never been on a cruise. Do they have choices the same as a restaurant? Or give them specific dishes to make?
As for disney...well, not sure again. I haven't been there since I was about 8 or so. Maybe someone that has been can help? Anyone?
Hopefully someone will have more info for you. Hope you have a great vacation!

I know a lot of the hotels around Disney World have kitchenettes. If you haven't booked one yet, you could find one that has a kitchenette and make yourself sandwhiches, breakfast, and dinner.

I went to Disney World last year on my honeymoon. I found it easier to eat at the food court in our hotel in Disney World than any of the restaurants. I was always able to find something that would agree with me, and my husband could get whatever he wanted.

Hi! We are also going to Disney World in August, and I recently emailed them for more details on food. I have been several times before but not since following Heather's diet. Anyhow, although they didn't give me specific details of what could be suitable in each place, they did tell me to feel free to contact the Dining Managers of each park and they would give me more info. They can also make specific changes to menus for you if you book in advance, like using soy milk etc. If you like I could send you the contacts. Either post again or email me (address in profile) Sarah

Thanks so much Sarah that would be great to have the contact numbers. How exciting it was to have someone from England send a response. My kids were impressed. Sincerely, Tiggerriffic, Renae from Washington state.

Hi Renae, I know, my kids were impressed that I converse with so many people in the States and Canada! The contact numbers for Disney are -
Pre-booking restaurants - 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463)
Food and Beverage Managers - Magic Kingdom - 407-824-5967 Epcot - 407-560-7292 MGM Studios - 407-560-1347 Animal Kingdom - 407-939-7536
They also stated that guests with specific food allergies are welcome to bring snacks to the parks but not picnic coolers etc - guess they don't want to miss out on that potential extra bit of income lol! BTW, my husband is very jealous of you going on the cruise, he's wanted to go since it started - he is absolutely Disney crazy, books, websites, you name it - he even used to watch the parks every day from their webcams! We're there for 3 weeks in August but keeping our fingers crossed that someday we will move to Fla. Sarah
