Insoluble Fiber

I already have a lot of soluble fiber in my diet but not enough insoluble. Which ones are the safest to add that won't give me D. I have been avoiding most of them, which I know is bad to do, but I don't want to have an attack.

If you do a board search, you'll see that there's been lots of discussion about this! The quick version is: start slowly, have soluble fiber first, and make sure all insolubles are cooked or pureed. The suggestions I've seen the most are smoothies and broth with veggies cooked until very soft.
