I am concerned with the fact that I have been taking Solgar Digestive enzymes(this is the safest one for me since it is corn free being that I am allergic to corn). I have been taking them for about four days now with every meal. It has been helping. The problem is, right after I take them my stomach has been making noises and it feels like I have gas, but with no pain and no bloating (so far). I thought these were supposed to prevent gas? Is this the normal digestion process when on these pills? Thanks. -------------------- Ibs-d and fructose sensitive.
