HI, I was wondering if anyone has sucessfully lost weight using the Weight Watcher diet and still been IBS-D friendly? I eat a lot of bread and pasta but these can be high in (WW)points and I really really want to look good for my Sisters wedding - Any tips?
Also, does anyone know if Colonic Irrigation is any good for IBS? The thought of it scares me, but if it's good, i'll give it a go!!
Thanks

I was successful losing weight on weight watchers but it has been VERY difficult. Every serving of bread etc. is at least 4 points and before you know it, I've used up all my points. A tip: increase your fibre supplement. That way you won't have to eat as many soluble fibre foods. Make sure you cook, peel, mash and puree as much as possible when it comes to fruits and veggies.

Thanks for the tips! I will try increasing the fibre in take. It's hard to eat no points veg or salad though which before IBS would have normally filled me up when now I can have to lots of bread to make it safe.
