I've been thinking about getting the book and the peppermint caps for awhile now, and I finally did it. I ordered the eating for ibs, the fennel tea and the caps. Not sure yet how to make the fennel tea, but once I get it i'll just ask you guys and i'm sure someone will tell me!

Oooohhh! Fennel tea! I actually got my boyfriend to try some tonight, which really surprised me! He LOVES all his junky bad for you stuff, it can worry me the way he eats. I do not dare convert him to healthy food... he'd chose the food over me, I know it!
Anyways, if he liked the tea, you should too. I plop seeds into a tea ball, than pour water from my tea kettle over it. I got all the tea "accesories" as a package deal for like $20 at a department store (not sure if you have tea equipment- it was a tea kettle, cups, tea balls, etc)
Saves alot of money not continously using tea bags.
Hope you like the book- I couldn't put mine down for weeks- where I went, it went.
