Hi everyone:)..I know that there is IBS C IBS D and IBS A but i dont really think i fit in any of those categories. My biggest problem is that my body absorbs very little and it comes out at one time...which may take a while! it is not necesarrily D or C.. most of the time, there is just too much of it. Does any one know what im talking about? How can I increase my bodys ability to increase absorption? Are there any foods that get absorbed completely by the body and leave a little amount of waste products! Is this still IBS?? Thanks for any helP:)

for full details about what, exactly, IBS is and how to make sure you've been properly diagnosed. There's a link right in the front page of the message boards. IBS is actually just one single underlying disorder, though the symptoms can vary. Because the cause of all the symptoms is the same, many of the treatments (soluble fiber supplements, helpful herbs, hypnotherapy) are universally applicable.
