Hi Kelly,
What a relief to know that you can identify with me.
I'm convinced my DR thinks it's all in my head.
I was taking Colofac last year for some months, and when i had everything under control i stopped taking them, it was during the time that i was taking Colofac ( now that i think about it)that the bladder problems started, that is why i went for an Ultrasound scan, nothing showed up.
What can i take instead?

Hi Shelby.
It's a comfort to know that so many can identify with me.
I know there are so many side effects to the meds that we have to take, and while Nexium did it's job i feel it caused me to shed some hair (that could be a Meno problem also)but i feel it was Nexium.
I hope to get back on track and it's lovely to get replies back from people who care, i appreciate that.

Thank you for your reply.
I had an ultrasound done on my legs last week to rule out clots and things, nothing showed up, i am due back to my DR next week, that will be interesting!!!!!
I hope i can get back to where i was a year ago, i felt so well following eating for IBS, i followed it strictly and even lost weight, what happened to me????????

The sad thing with me is that i had all the tools and was putting them to use last year.
I know things could be worse, but when i think how good i felt following what i learned here and just gave up, foolish
I don't know where to start but i have to.

Thanks for all the tips and for your reply.
When i had everything under control last year i could take peppermint with no problems and no Nexium either, that's how good i felt until, i don't know what happened!!!!!!!
I will have to get back on track, it will be difficult.
