I'm sorry this isn't IBS related, I just have a quick GERD question and I know there's some people here who are affected by that too.
I hardly ever have trouble with my GERD, however after attempting to have some cranberry juice tonight I seem to be getting a lot of burping and burning which is highly unusual for me.
Is cranberry a culprit? Is it just because it's acidic? Could someone tell me what juices are the best for GERD?
Thanks, Kelly

Yup sounds like GERD. And yup it's because it's acidic (that's why it's so tart).
Pineapple juice works for me. I'm allergic to apples and grapes, but if they're okay for you you might want to try it.

I do drink cranberry jucie with GERD, but not at night. I take my medicine in the morning and by evening I avoid food and any drink that is acidic. I stick to water and tea at night.
Apple juice doesn't bother me nor does white grape juice. I also enjoy the Dole juice, because it combines different fruits together. Read labels to make sure the juice doesn't contain high fructose syrup.
