hello - just wanted to say what a fantastic book "the first year" is.
I got it on tuesday and i just cant put it down - so many things i have wanted answers to all in one book! - The doctor hasn't told me any of these things - i was told to eat lots of fruit and veg and wholemeal bread! i have started working on my soluble fibers and just cannot express how excited i am to carry on reading and begin to get my life in order - thanks to britsarah for reccomending it and thankyou heather and everyone else for a fantastic website - im hooked !!! xxxx

Welcome to the club! My doc. also told me to eat raw fruits, veggies, take bran, etc. Heather's the REAL doctor
