I am having a attack this week with bad 'd'. I usually eat rice with a veggie bouillon cube in it for dinner but I need something new for dinner that doesn't have meat or dairy in it and is pretty easy to prepare. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I don't have D usually, but my suggestion would be to do the "What to Eat When You Can't Eat Anything" diet. Pasta, rice and potatoes. Hope you feel better soon!

I adore plain pasta with butter substitute (soy butter, Pam spray, etc), onion powder and a little oregano or basil.
You need a little protein. How about a small amount of poached chicken breast? We do them in the microwave, it's really easy. Or if you like clams, I posted my DH's recipe for spaghetti with clam sauce on the board. Just use less garlic til you're feeling better.
And some applesauce or bananas on the side to help you bind up.
On the meds side, are you taking anything to slow it down? I swear by Imodium. Pepto Bismol and Kaopectate are also good.
And don't get dehydrated. Make sure you're getting plenty of liquids.
Feel better, Sara!!
