I have serious water retention with my IBS, especially just prior to my period. Do others have this symptom?

I have water retention too, especially if I don't drink enough water and eat too much salt. Maybe it's a Minnesota thing. Where are you in Minnesota??

Hi, Pammi, and welcome! Many of us have trouble with bloating, but usually from gas. It's one of the most difficult symptoms to manage, but mine has been much better the past year as I got all my other symptoms under control.
