Okay, changing from Rolled Oatmeal to OatBRAN. More fiber, including more soluable fiber than Oatmeal, lower glycemic index/glycemic load

www.mendosa.com (which I care about) and higher (much) higher in protein.

Rolled Oats --- SF 2, ISF 2, protein 2
Oatbran ---- SF 3, ISF 3, protein 5

I'm just hoping for not too much GAS from it. I need soft stuff and the "Steel Cut" - or "Scottish" oats are WAY too rough on my system for me. No way am I doing "quick oats"...to high in gi/gl. Thoughts?

Hey the Oatbran is great! I'm not even bloated from it - incredible...perhaps I AM adjusting to the increase in fiber in my diet after all!!!
And a great GL of get this: 3!!!
