I'm one of those people...I grew up eating either rolled oats or Cream of Wheat (and not the instant stuff, either) for breakfast, and now I can't tolerate either one. Grits are fine, which is good, but I miss oatmeal, so I'm going to try the soaking trick I typed up on the recipe board.

But first I've got to move into my aparment (tomorrow), graduate college (Friday), move home for two months, learn to drive, buy a car, move back to Nashville (mid-July), and learn to live with my boyfriend of (right now) nine weeks. <sigh> Anyone want to send some stress-relieving good thoughts my way? I'm panicking just a leeetle....

They taste good. Not the answer you were looking for? Reread Angela's post: they're low in fat and fiber and are better-tolerated by many than oatmeal.

I'd say relax and try to think of just getting through one thing at a time, rather than a whole bunch. Maybe if it's broken down, you won't stress so much? Just a thought.....Then, I guess that's easy for me to say, right? I'm sure you'll be fine though.

Congrats on graduation!
