good eating day

good morning everyone: I am fairly new here I wss checking things out first. I just wanted to let you know that on wednesday I had a fantastic eating day. i was so full from the day before and I knew if I had my regular cereal that I would have a reaction anyway. So I decided to try some cheerios. I seemed to be ok, but just to be on the safe side aftermy stomach had settled down, I had my good old stand by breakfast. Rice porridge and half a bagel. I was full after that so the cheerios must have been good after all. I t deserves a second try anyway. To continue, for lunch I had chicken ceaser salad(Too full for a sandwich). Then for supper i had a small peice of ham. To my delight and surprise, it all settled in me quite nicely. I woukdn't normally eat like that but my stomach has been so good lately I haqd to give it a try. Thanks for listening.
