Hi all, Just a quick post from me to say I have been over 2 weeks now without any D! I even started my period early this morning and even though my tummy is feeling poorly, and I'm all bloated and gassy (I'm so sexy), my BM this morning was still solid! I was so relieved, I really thought my period might ruin my D-less days, but so far so good! --Steph

That's awesome! I'm sure getting rid of your crummy job and getting a better one is helping with the stress too.
I'm glad to hear you're doing better, Leigh

Steph, Yeha. Wahoo. Way to go . If somebody had told me a year ago that I would be so excited about pooping I would have thought they were nuts , but here we are. Congratulations. Isn't it amazing how it makes you feel? For me before I was diagnosed with IBS (they thought I had it), when I started following Heather's diet & started eating the soluble fiber first & then started adding insoluble fiber that was such a breakthrough for me. Everything had been giving me d & then c, I was getting afraid to eat. Like I said my former GI said just to eat whatever & take Imodium and live with the d. UGH. Mybe your d has gone to her:). Sorry, little catty this morning. Meow. Good for you, keep it up.
