Many thanks to all of you who responded so warmly and empathetically to my cry for help a few weeks ago. I have read and read and gotten both of Heather's books and the information has been so helpful! I seem to finally be pulling out of this terrible flare-up, have gained back a bit of weight, and found a fantastic new doctor yesterday. I am hoping to start back to work at least a little bit this next week. Just wanted to update everyone and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I'm so happy you're feeling better! Doesn't it feel great when something FINALLY works? Heather is the best, isn't she? I'm so thankful I found her books and got my life back on track.
