Has anyone tried this and had it work or not work, when I did a search of the boards I read Heather does not reccomend it and I was wondering why not, All I read about it online sounded good

The reason Heather doesn't recommend it it because it's too harsh and traumatic for our systems when we have IBS. It may work great for people without IBS, but it's just too much for our poor little colons.

When I asked my doc about this type of therapy I thought he was going to stroke out!!! Atually, it was pretty cute and kind of funny the way he reacted. He said pretty much the same thing that Laura Sue just said. IT is too harsh on the poor colon, and really we already have enough problems with it.
The DR. Phardtknockers thing, was a bottle he had jokingly set out on his desk, to see which of his patients were idiot enough to ask if it was the real thing. Guess who had to be stupid and ask???????
