Yesterday I was out at trader joes and I noticed that they carry their own brand of probiotic and it was only 6 dollars so I figured i'd try it, before I spend alot more on ordering another brand online..
has anyone tried this and had positive experiences? does anyone else feel like they take soooo much stuff.. fiber, multivitamins, calcuim, peppermint caps and now a probiotic.. oh the lengths we go..
