I'm relatively new to board. I have IBS-D. I have severe bloating with this. Questions:
Is Organic Acacia a fiber supplement that is a brand a name or what like Metamucil, Citrucel, etc.
I went to Organic stores and Vitamin Cottage trying to buy Acacia and they never heard of this organic fiber. I have read that this is the best for IBS. So I'm confused if this a type of fiber, brand name, like Metamucil and them. I know this sounds silly, but where do I buy this. Konsyl works the best for me, but have read that this makes bloating worse. Any advice would help. What stores do you buy Acacia? Or can you only buy Heather's Acacia? Thanks for your help?
as of right now, the acacia is only available through Heather's website, though i believe she posted recently that she's working on getting it marketed and sold through health food stores soon...
