Peppermint Caps and GERD

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone on this board with GERD also takes Heather's peppermint caps? I know peppermint isn't the best idea for GERD, but I personally find that my reflux pain is nowhere near as bad as the abdominal cramping and D I'm frequently getting. And so many people rave about how effective the caps are...so I would like to try them.
Just looking for opinions from other people with reflux as to how they're tolerated.

The enteric coating is supposed to keep them whole past your stomach, so they should be fine. But I found I was burping peppermint - I seem very sensitive to it.

I also burp peppermint with them --- I tried taking them with the meal -- at the end of a meal... before the meal -- nothing seeemed to help. They are great if you can tae them.
