I lost EIGHT pounds!! Yes, EIGHT!!!! How crazy!
I work at a doctor's office, so I avoid the scale like the plague, but today I got on it, and was 8 lbs lighter than when I got on it about 4 weeks ago! Whoo-hoo! I guess the cutting out of fat combined with all the trips to the bathroom is finally starting to pay off! YAY!

haha weren't you noticing your clothes becoming looser? (i guess it can be hard tho if you're one of the many who feel nice and bloated 24/7...) but seriously thats great. just shows how much difference diet can make, even w/out any excercise.

Oh yeah, I know how that feels! I got on the scale at the dr.'s office a month after my diagnosis and found out that I'd lost a bunch of weight! I was happy but my family wasn't and said that I was going to waste away into nothing. Right. Anyways, I know the feeling, and I'm really happy for ya!!
